360 Degree
Surveys
Using
skill profiles, Management Possible can conduct 360 Degree Surveys for
the purposes of both identifying learning needs and evaluating
the impact of the learning. The surveys can incorporate responses
from any of SELF, MANAGER, REPORT, or PEER. PEER could also include
internal and external customers.
Pre Program Surveys help learners
and their Management Possible Coaches identify specific skills to develop. They
also identify any gaps in perception about skill levels which
exist between the learner and the other evaluators.
Post Program surveys give learners
a sense of the progress they have made in their own development
with their coaches. Results are also collated at an "all program
participants" level and compared to the Pre Program Survey for
all participants. This gives the organization a measure of the
effectiveness of the program.
The 360 Survey Results are reported
in both absolute scores by each evaluation group (SELF, REPORTS
etc), and in graphical form. An average score for all 'others'
i.e. excluding SELF, is also calculated. Normative scores for
all other program participants are also reported to enable the
individual learner to compare their own skill level with that
of all participants in the program.
