Coaching Quality Control

A long-term benefit of the Coaching Mastery program is the on-going quality control efforts we maintain. We require the ability to observe Master Coaches on an ongoing basis. We notify in advance and mutually agree as to the observation both on the part of the Master Coach and the individual who is being coached. This observation program is part of our ongoing quality control initiative incorporated in Coaching Mastery. We engage in the same, but more frequent observation and debrief function as part of our own internal quality control standard.

We understand organizational cultures. We also understand that a truly effective coaching effort within a corporation effectively changes culture. We want to be sure that your goals and objectives in terms of your coaching efforts remain focused and impacting as your performance culture changes over time.
