Master Coach Support

Coaching Mastery provides one-on-one Master Coach support to every participant enrolled in the program. It is the obligation of every existing Management: Possible® Master Coach to ensure the progress, development and appropriate skill and behavior application of each Master Coach in training. The idea is to create both a professional network and comradery among the groups of Master Coaches to ensure complete skill transfer, confidence in moving forward as well as support and encouragement that will last over time. This aspect of the program serves immediate developmental needs as well as on-going professional development needs as the program continues within the organization maintaining the balanced perspective that is key to any successful coaching enterprise.
