Coaching Continuing Education

Things change. For this reason, it is important that all Certified Master Coaches maintain high performance standards as well as an understanding of the changing organizational cultures in which they work. So to, the marketplaces change, as do the needs of the business; which translates into the needs of the individuals who are expected to lead and manage these businesses. That said, coaches need to know how to effectively address and support based on these changes.

Therefore, we require that all Management: Possible® Certified Master Coaches engage in a form of continuing education. We currently provide this on a quarterly basis for all of our coaches to support their network, as well as to address specific issues that arise as part of the coaching game. We will work with your organization to provide this type of continuing education that is critical to ensuring top notch coaching deployment, engagement and management within your organization.
