Coaching Practice & Application

Coaching Mastery requires coaching practice and application. Candidates must be prepared to provide multiple participants (either self-selected or selected by the organization) who have agreed to be coached in skill and behavioral development. These coaching interactions and experiences are live, with Management: Possible® Master Coaches present to observe, debrief and coach Coaching Mastery participants. There is no telephone coaching learning or practice. All learning and application is completed face-to-face with additional video taped session requirements.
