Coaching Certification

The Coaching Mastery program maintains a high standard of coaching certification criteria. Every Master Coach candidate must exhibit a comprehensive understanding of corporate coaching theory as well as subject theory as well as be able to consistently demonstrate the application of coaching skills and behaviors as provided in the program.

Master Coaches are re-certified every three years to maintain consistency, credibility as well as ensure consistent delivery and application of coaching services as provided in the methodology as well as determined by the organization.
